In Settings → Team, click Invite member and enter an email. Growth and Pro plans include unlimited seats, so add your whole agency — account managers, strategists, and client-side operators all work from the same place.
To deliver a briefing to a client, export the branded PDF directly from any report — it carries your logo, colors, and Key Insights section.
If you still have access to the primary email on file, use the forgot password flow from the login page. If the email is defunct, send us a message from any domain that's part of the team and we'll verify identity and restore access, usually within a few hours.
Go to Settings → Billing to download invoices, update the card on file, and change the billing email. Invoices are also emailed to the billing contact on the 1st of each month.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades also take effect immediately, with unused value credited to your next invoice. No retention sales call, no clawback.
Two choices: add a top-up pack (one-time, never expires, stacks on top of your plan) or upgrade to the next tier. If you routinely overflow, upgrading is usually the better math. See the pricing page for pack sizes.
The Opportunity Score (0–100) is built from competitor density, review velocity, and listing completeness — normalized against the market's peer set. The Market Difficulty rating (Low / Medium / High) is derived from the same inputs. If a specific market looks off, send us the market reference and we'll investigate within one business day.
Listing data, review counts, and SERP signals are re-pulled on every manual re-run. If a market was run today and you re-run tomorrow, you'll see the latest data. There's no scheduled automatic re-running — re-runs are always manual.
In Settings → Branding, upload your logo, set the primary color, and choose a cover-page layout. Every PDF export from that workspace picks up your branding automatically. The MarketRadar methodology page stays — that's the trust layer for your clients.
Two formats: a fully-branded PDF (server-rendered — not a browser print) and a CSV of the competitor data. The PDF carries your agency logo, primary and accent colors, "Prepared By/For", and a Key Insights section you fill in per engagement. CSV is useful for analysts, BI tools, or client archives.
